Payment, Deposit, and Cancellation Policy

To ensure the best service and treatment continuity, we ask for your understanding of the following terms:

Payment for Treatment Packages: All treatment packages must be paid in full in advance to secure your appointments and support the continuity of your treatments.
Deposit for New Client Bookings: A deposit is required to secure appointments for new clients. Please note that all deposits and payments are non-refundable.
Cancellation and Rescheduling: A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. With sufficient notice, we can happily rearrange your appointment.
No Shows: In the event of a no-show or failure to provide 48 hours’ notice, the deposit will be forfeited.
